Bailey Horn, CMO
With close to three decades of experience in the world of dentistry, Bailey finds it exciting to help patients
not only get the best sleep they deserve but also improve their overall quality of life. She also enjoys working
alongside an amazing team and learning new things as the sleep world continues to evolve and expand. Originally
from Greenville, TX, she attended Tarrant County Junior College and East Texas State, graduating with her dental
assisting certification.
Outside of the office, Bailey loves spending time with her husband as well as their son, daughter-in-law, and
beautiful granddaughter. Their youngest son is currently at Texas Tech University studying in the pre-law
program. She enjoys hobbies like decorating and party planning, listening to leadership audiobooks and crime
podcasts, and cooking new recipes.
Elizabeth Becker, COO
As our Chief Operating Officer, you can find Elizabeth helping around the office to make sure everything is
running smoothly while patients get the care they need for better sleep. For her, the best part of her job is
knowing that her work every day directly impacts the way our team provides care to everyone who walks through
our doors. She originates from Plano, TX, and studied at Texas Tech University for her undergraduate degree.
Elizabeth loves being with her fiancé and their 11-year-old golden retriever named Coach. In her free time, she
enjoys things like camping, binge-watching shows, and training Coach to be a model citizen. One interesting fact
about her: she used to teach middle and high school band, and she can play all the wind instruments!
Larry Brewer, CFO
Larry has been involved in the sleep field for over 20 years, and as our Chief Financial Officer at Star Sleep & Wellness, he loves being part of a team that is truly dedicated to delivering the best care possible. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he began his career as a sleep tech trainee and applied himself to the various disciplines of sleep medicine to better serve both professionals and patients alike.
Originally from Denton, Larry married his high school sweetheart, and they have been together for over 30 years and have three adult children who have given them six lovely grandchildren. When he isn’t working with our team, you’ll find him keeping up with various sports, staying involved with his church, or relaxing with his three toy poodles.
